SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

When your order is handed over to a courier you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 10 days to pass before getting in touch about any missing orders.

We do offer a next day DHL service for £6.95 if your order is time sensitive.

If you have ordered an item on pre-order your whole order will ship together when everything is in stock (as detailed on the product page) - however if you need in-stock items sooner then please place 2 separate orders. 

SHIPPING

Mainland UK delivery

Shipping cost for Mainland UK is £3.95 via Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked, with an option for Royal Mail 1st Class or Next Working Day Delivery using DPD (if you order before Midday). 

We currently offer free standard UK delivery to Mainland UK addresses only, when you spend over £70.

UK orders will be shipped within 2 working days for standard delivery.

International delivery

We have a European website for our EU customers - find it here eu.ettaloves.com - shipping from our Netherlands warehouse.

We also have a US website - us.ettaloves.com - shipping from within Mainland USA 

International shipping cost varies depending on location, this is calculated at checkout. If you don't see a rate for your shipping destination please email hello@ettaloves.com and we'll be happy to help. 

All International orders will be shipped within 3 working days.

Orders delivered to destinations outside of the mainland UK may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. 

The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the order, and may be required to pay any additional charges for delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside mainland UK. This is particularly important in this post-Brexit world as EU customers will receive a request for duty and VAT due based on your local rates. 

The recipient of the order, if different to the person placing the order, will typically receive a separate request for payment of these charges when the goods arrive in the country of destination. So if you are ordering something to be delivered to someone else outside of the UK, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check any customs formalities and the import charges applicable in any Non-mainland UK Country before ordering from us.

If the recipient wishes to return the product, they must request a refund of the customs duties and tax directly with their local customs office and must present proof of return.

GB VAT on Orders from outside mainland UK 

Where you have requested delivery to a non-mainland UK address, the products  will be zero-rated  i.e. with 20% UK VAT removed. This will automatically be deducted at checkout, and as no VAT has been charged there is no tax to reclaim from us.

Address input errors

Please note that we will not be responsible for the cost of postage to re-send any items where the address was entered incorrectly. If you realise that you've made an error in entering any of your details please email hello@ettaloves.com asap and we will amend them for you providing your item hasn't already been fulfilled. If your item comes back to us because of an incorrect address we will have to charge to resend it out to you.

 

Returns

Whilst we hope you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that there may be times when you want to return items.

In order to arrange this, please contact us using our contact form or email us on hello@ettaloves.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

The returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unopened and in the original packaging.

When returning any items we recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the cost of returning goods if they are not faulty.

You can return goods for any reason and at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing that you contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order and that the goods are received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition. We will only issue a refund for any original postage cost if the item is faulty.

Gift wrap and cards are non refundable. 

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed, within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

We can not be held responsible for interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
