Seamless Customer Service

Once again, I reached for Etta Loves for a loved one’s newborn. Only this time I managed to mess up the order and on the autopilot that only mothers of toddlers can understand, I set the delivery address as my own, rather than said loved ones! It took me 24 hours to realise what I had done but within a brief and fuss free email exchange, Etta Loves sorted it all for me.
